Shipping Policy

Turnaround Time

We strive to dispatch all orders within 2 business days from the time of order placement.

Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.


Our preferred shipping carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS), unless unavailable.

Order Tracking

Upon availability of a tracking number from the shipping carrier, we will promptly update your order with the relevant tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The shipping cost for your order is determined by the weight of the products and your location. Prior to finalizing your purchase, you will be presented with the shipping cost and given the opportunity to opt out if you choose not to proceed with the order.

Back Orders

In the event that an item is back-ordered, we will ship the available portion of your order first. Once the item is back in stock, we will ship the remainder of your order. There will be no additional shipping or handling charges for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, it must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

  1. Please contact us at to request a refund, and we will provide you with a tracking number.

  3. Include a signed letter in the package explaining the reason for the return, along with the original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation, Changes, or Subscription Services

To cancel, modify, or update your payment details for an existing subscription service with Shanitech Communications, please contact our account team at 1-877-600-9075 Ext. 4. Cancellation of subscription services will be effective on the last day of your billing cycle.

If you wish to add or upgrade your subscription service, please reach out to our customer support team at 1-877-600-9075 Ext. 2 for assistance. Adding recurring payment plans does not automatically cancel your existing subscription. Please inform us of any changes and your desire to cancel your existing recurring subscription service by emailing or calling our customer support team.
